I would never bring my car to this place. Pantuzo’s had serviced a vehicle which I bought. They performed the Safey Inspection and certified the vehicle. I was provided with a copy of a $5,000 invoice for work that had been previously done to this car. Upon taking delivery of the vehicle I really have to question the quality of this work and whether the work was actually done. Items that were supposedly repaired and replaced were in a failed state. The Safety had several items which should have never passed a couple of which were quite serious.
To top it off the attitude of the owner was hard to deal with. Take you business elsewhere
Avoid at all costs. Was charged $1000 for a new ECM. After continued mechanical issues with my vehicle, I took it to the dealership for a second opinion. There I learned I had been given a used ECM which would have cost about $200 and was likely the cause of my on-going issues. The owner of Pantuso’s was extremely difficult to deal with so I filed a complaint with the Ontario Ministry of Consumer Services.
I had my Car check out at Pantuso Automotive i had a estimated done at the dealer for some Brake work and there was a oil leak for about $1895.50 after Danny check it out the brakes only needed to be clean and adjusted and the oil leak was only a drain plug gasket total cost at Pantuso Automotive was $165.00 i was so impress with the service at Pantuso Automotive i recommened to all my Friends and Family they save me a bunch of money s Thanks again Danny great Job, http://www.pantusoautomotive.com
Pantuso’s Automotive Centre has been servicing my vehicle for the past 3 years and I couldn’t be happier. The customer service provided was exceptional and they even took the time to go over the work they did with me and answer any questions I may have had. They are professional, courteous, knowledgeable and very affordable! I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else!

I wished I read the negative comments before. Danny Pantuso is a CON artist! he ask you to leave the car in the morning and pick it up at closing time so that he can charge you what ever he wants! if you question him about the charged number of hours (bill is ready before even the work is done! including of cause extra hours) he is start literally insulting you with F words and say I want you to drop dead! (his own words!). If you want to be conned and treated like S..T this is a place to go!
I should have take the advise from this site… was told the oil change was at 38$ and the add over 10$ of environmantal fee for a total of 57.86$. it is over 25$ more than Active Care.
Took my car to Pantuso Automotive to check my car for a engine miss, after bringing in to 2 other shops both shops gave a quote of well over $1000.00 from burnout valves to blown head gasket, Danny Pantuso at Pantuso Automotive check out the car and call me back and said it was only the spark plus and wires have to be replace at a cost of $125.00 now the car run like new and saving me a ton of money, want to say thanks to Danny and the Techs. at Pantuso Automotive for making my car run like new and saving me a lot of Money, I won,t take my car anywhere else.
I have known Dan (Pantuso) for many years, as a customer. Dan has always followed through with what he says. I can vouch for his integrity and trustworthiness. In addition, his knowledge of classic cars is extensive. I was considering buying a vehicle but had some concerns over rust I spotted on the frame. I took multiple photographs and sent them to Dan, via email, asking for his opinion. Dan examined the photos and replied with his point of view. His response was quick, polite and very informative. Needless to say, he saved me from a bad transaction. Now that’s the type of customer service I’ve come to appreciate from Pantuso Automotive.
A true con for sure ripped me off for several years I told him I new nothing about cars and he took advantage I once asked for old parts and he said the scrapper picked them up earlier but the little wop didn’t get his last payment for 1200 clams shame on you for taking advantage of people
