Not much to be said; we’ve been taking our car to Mike’s since we moved to Ottawa in 2009, and we always get friendly, efficient service. The proof is in our car–it’s 11 years old, with almost 350,000 kms on it and it’s still running smoothly. A lot of women complain that they feel insecure going into a garage, and they worry that they’re paying for more work than their car needs or that they person at the service desk is condescending to them. Bob Forget and the rest of the guys at Mike’s have always been happy to do the work I’ve asked for, and when more (or less) was required, they’ve treated me with integrity and respect. They get 5 stars from me, all around, no question.
