What really impressed me was Romeo’s common sense. Give you an example: we’d had our GM truck to the dealership for an engine issue. Did any of their super-techs diagnose the mis-firing correctly? Nope.
Should have brought it to Romeo from the beginning, because he found the ripped hose that was causing the problem. He actually LOOKED at and through the vehicle, and didn’t just look at a computer screen’s diagnostics. Sometimes the answer’s a simple one, but it needs somebody with the right eyes and brain.
