I was referred to Pierre by my neighbor and was pleased with my initial visit for an oil change and tire rotation. I used the Toyota dealer’s service center for all of my vehicle services but going forward Pierre is my go to mechanic as he is very knowledgable and personable. He will take the time to check what he believes should be addressed and provides a written estimate for the work. I have a Toyota 4Runner with 316,000 km and just had the pulleys and belt replaced as required(this is important as his expertise has saved $$$ because all the pulleys did not require replacing). I highly recommend him for his honesty and integrity. The cost of serviceing my vehicle has just started saving me money. I finally have found a mechanic that I can talk to rather than a service adviser who is best at upselling.
I was thoroughly impressed with their service & honesty.
Let me have a courtesy car while they evaluated brakes on my car I was prepared to have rear brakes done. Got a call that brakes were fine and brakes not required until next spring. Needless to say I was pleasantly surprised.
I will not be going back to Subaru dealer.
