Very friendly, as they rip you off. I brought my vehicle in to have something done and he went ahead and did “repairs” on things I hadn’t asked for then charged me for them. On top of this I had given him a pair of shocks to throw in since part of the repair process would require removing the shocks and since mine were pretty much done anyway I gave him new ones. He charged me for installing shocks when he would have had to install the old ones as part of the labor agreed on anyway.
I was sent here based on the recommendation of my mother in law, I looked at the bill, paid and left. My mother and father in law will not be back and neither will I. I’ve also posted this review and made sure everyone on facebook knows not to deal with them.
The guys at the shop are very respectful. I recommend everyone I know to them, not only because they are so good to their customers, but because the work is always done properly and with reasonable prices. I know that when I walk into rideau valley I will be well taken care of. I feel that when I get any work done on my truck I put my life in their hands, but I know I’m safe, they do not cut any corners. I wouldn’t want to have any other mechanics. I will always turn to them for any work I need done.
Amazing group of Mechanics who care for all of the customers. Every step of the way, they are considerate and ensure cars are going back to the owners roadworthy and safe. Always see smiles when being asked what could be silly questions and will always make sure money isnt being spent where it isnt needed.
