  1. As far as service goes this is the best dealership in Ottawa (I’ve been to them all). The service manager Mr. Hobbs is top notch. He is polite and respectful, he genuinely cares about your problems and concerns and addresses them with knowledge and in a timely manner. The service representative Guy actually runs everywhere he goes, he too wants a happy customer (Although he will try and up-sell you, can’t blame a guy for trying. lol). You should see how fast he can enter your info into the machine, he actually remembers your name when you return too. A very rare thing these days. I will always take my vehicle there for service because I know they will always make sure things are done right.
Here’s where the dealership goes south though. Sales. Those guys really just want your money. As soon as they can get that paperwork signed they’re good to go. You get the impression that they’re rushed. I paid for the undercoating on my new vehicle when I bought it. When I received it I could smell it so I figured it had been done. A little while down the road I have my vehicle lifted up for the trans-axle flush. That’s when I notice there isn’t any there! The company that did the undercoating or the dealership tried to pull a fast one on me, they only did under the hood. It wasn’t the sales department that helped me on this one. It was the service manager, he took care of everything and made a very happy customer out of me. So much so that I recommended the dealership to all my friends and co-workers. Of course with the initial warning, of don’t trust the sales people there.
A little while ago my buddy who has purchased a vehicle from them in fall comes to me and tells me that he purchased a soft top from them and he didn’t get all the parts to put it on. He contacts them and get’s the reply that he signed saying the soft top was there (Which it was, but just the top. Not the sides or mounting hardware). They told him he’d have to buy the parts separately for the top. This vehicle isn’t even 6 months old. They didn’t include all the parts. They said it was his fault for not checking. Who puts on a soft top in the fall? He had assumed the wrapped up tarp in the back included everything he would need. He never owned a jeep before.
I warn you as a Dodge enthusiast to beware the sales man. That being said some of the best service you can get in Ottawa from a Dodge dealership.
