I started going to Erwin’s in 2010, on a friend’s advice. I liked the service so much that I had my spouse change garage to Erwin’s. In October 2016, my wife and I were away in PEI. During this time, her 18 y.o. daughter experienced a mechanical problem with her Mazda 2… 24 hours before she had to return to school in North Bay (4 hours away). Her daughter phoned Erwin’s and asked them what they thought. Understanding that she lives far, they automatically fitted her in the schedule so that they could look at the issue and fix so that she could drive back to school safely and without worry. For us, this kind of relationship is priceless.
