Pulled in here not knowing anything about this garage after having been up all night with a transmission that failed on the way from Montreal to Ottawa, about 8 p.m. on the 417. Was very tired and discouraged and really appreciated the kindness I received both from Steve and customers waiting. The really great part was having a loaner available to me, as I had no one to pick me up or drive me around without a car. Didn’t deal with anyone else but Steve, but he was super kind and compassionate.
