took my car there 3 times and each time there was a problem related to the work done there. once, the cam seal blew off 24 hours after getting engine work done. another time the rad was flushed but not topped up!
and a third time a bolt was cracked on my tire, making it hard to remove at a later time.
seemed knowledgeable but a bit disorganized.(but you don’t distinguish in the ratings so i rate them low on knowledge)
I have been a happy customer for a number of years. Jim is very knowledgeable and listens to you when you describe your vehicle symptoms, provides good advice and service.
Jim’s is the absolute best! As a single female, others have tried to take advantage of me. Not Jim, he’s the salt of the earth! He went in to great detail what needed to be done and why. He even showed me when my Jeep was on the hoist. He is so personable, I feel like he’s family. 😀 he is effective, efficient and honest. Here’s the real kicker; I went in for something simple and it turned out to be several major issues at almost $5000.00 AND I ended up thanking him and not only telling everyone I know about him but felt compelled to write this review! Crazy isn’t it? That’s how great he is. Keep up the good work Jim!
