Been bringing every company vehicle we have since 1997, BEST mechanic in Ottawa by far!!! They have the most friendliest staff you will ever meet with detailed mechanical knowledge. There hourly rates and prices are more then fair, Even referred many friends of mine, and would highly recommended them to anyone who is in the need of mechanical repair for their vehicle.
I have been searching for a good mechanic for years. My daughter went her first and had a good experience with reasonable cost for brakes. I have now gone twice and the prices are most definitely cheaper. I compared beforehand.

Pat founder is a place for crooks. They take advantage of anyone and everyone and are extremely overpriced. It’s actually sickening. They were supposed to fix my gas tank. When I got my truck back all of a sudden now I have gas fumes escaping my truck somehow. Big surprise pat doesn’t even know how or why it’s happening lmao. I told him what the problem was when I went there and he didn’t do shit. He said he wouldn’t charge to look it over because it’s because of his work this bullshit is happening. Well o just found out he’s charging me $100 for checking my truck. You’re a piece of shit pat. Thank for nothing literally.

Compared to other garages I’ve been to , Pat is always honest and have always gone above and beyond . Everyone I recommend to him are happy with his service too . Thanks again Pat and the team .
I’ve brought both my vehicles here for service and would not hesitate to go back. I would gladly recommend Pat and his team. They are courteous, honest and efficient. The turnaround time is reasonable and the shop rate is on par with the industry, or even less.
Been dealing with Pat for about 10 years and 3 cars. I know my way around a car and when I’m being fed the truth or not. Pat is ALWAYS honest, fair and efficient. A couple times over the course of 10 years things haven’t quite gone as planned and Pat has been quick to accept responsibility and make amends.
I’ve been had by a few mechanics over the years for sure. Never Pat. He’s the best in Orleans and his prices are fair and reasonable!

Pat Faubert is by far one of the best autotechs I have ever been to. Not only are the people genuinely kind but they are very thorough and always take the time to explain what the problem is. The pricing is fair and reasonable. Pat and his team work quick and make sure you are safe to get back on the road. My family have been going to Pat Faubert’s autotech for years and I will never take my car any where else. Pat is a specialist in so many cars. I highly recommend this autotech.
the worst ever, went to for some noise in the joint balls , after fixing and charging as usual high price , i had the same noise for few weeks after , couldn’t reach him,,, then finally gave him the car after debate it is the upper or the lower balls…..i took the car again with the noise , could be this time the left side …..i told him before many times please check the car after fixing it , try it ….BUT he is not listening and the result you take the car as it is , just paying labour and labour…..not professional at all . i don’t recommend him for any one , he is the worst and not honest at all…..YOU ARE NOT HONEST PERSON , TAKING THE MONEY FOR NOTHING ….
